About Berardini Paralegal and Business Services, LLC

Stephanie Berardini has been working for lawyers for nearly 30 years, starting in the file room of a downtown Denver law firm and then receiving her paralegal degree in 1996.  Working with her husband, Brian J. Berardini, Esq., she developed her skills in high-pressure civil litigation, lender liability defense, family law, bankruptcy, foreclosures, probate, collections, evictions, and garnishments for individuals, small businesses, and national organizations.
“I’ve loved the law since I was a child, watching L.A.Law with my grandfather,” Stephanie says.  When her husband retired from the practice of law, Stephanie wanted to stay in the field.  She has worked for lawyers as a receptionist, administrative assistant, secretary, office manager, human resources, and paralegal.  There is no area of the practice of law, nor the business of law, with which she is not familiar.  During her time in the field, Stephanie met a number of talented professionals with whom she affiliates and recognized a demand for flexible and skilled support.

Berardini Paralegal & Business Services, LLC was formed to provide small law firms and businesses with paralegal, administrative, and business support services without the expense and overhead of traditional employees, such as insurance, vacation pay, and other benefits.  An increased need in your office for additional support from short-term and seasonal projects can now be filled.
BPBS – Offering Paralegal, Administrative, and Business Management Support on contract basis.  Tipping the scales in your favor.
